- Smart Send Cancels: Cancel the entire order or select individual mailers to cancel in the 2 hour window after the campaign starts processing.
- Triggered Drips and Automated File Campaigns: Cancel individual mailers within 2 hours of them being triggered into the Postalytics campaign.
- Refunded Credit System: Any canceled mail is refunded in the form of DM credits, allowing businesses to redirect funds into their next effort.
You can use the Transaction Analysis tool to easily track and reconcile canceled mail. The Cancel Mail feature is a reassuring safety net for marketers, ensuring campaigns are error-free before hitting the mailstream.
